I am taking a break from the ass-kicking that has been my life lately. And no, I am not the one kicking ass, it is SUMMER SCHOOL that is kicking MY ass.

And the sad part is that the classes I’m getting my ass kicked by, are supposedly EASY classes. i.e. Sociology, and MacroEconomics. For some reason, professors just decided to make the summer classes exponentially harder than the regular classes. For example, let’s compare Zogg’s experience in the SAME Sociology class with the SAME professor:

Zogg’s section in the Spring ‘07 = Lecture + 3 (25 point quizzes) + 3 (500 point exams)

MY section in Summer ‘07 = No lecture + 22 (25 point quizzes) + 3 (500 point exams.)

And these quizzes are NOT easy. I have ACTUALLY had to read EVERY line of EVERY page in the book. I am on Chapter 9. And I’m not even getting an A. I feel like a failure.

Anyways, I’m going to California on Monday! I’m actually really excited for this, but I need to somehow get past this mountain of school work. If you have any suggestions for what I can do in Cali, please let me know!

BUT! Before I go to Cali in 3 days, I have 2 more exams and 6 more quizzes to take. “#@%!^#&?” is what my brain feels like. I can’t even anticipate the fantastic feeling of the flight there (alliteration), because I’m so caught up in this shitty school work.

On an entirely seperate note, perhaps if you are an avid Rachelleong.com reader, or perhaps I have personally talked to you about this, maybe you read one of my earlier blog posts. In this post, I talked about how difficult it would be to be a parent. I decided today, that I will almost definitely have a kid. I think I would be missing out on too much if I decided not to have a kid. I heart kids.

Okay, I can’t think of anything else to write. Infact, I can barely think at all.

My brain is about to fall out.
